My computer is perfectly (Cox came out and checked it)to the internet, however I keep getting a page saying several things, but they all end with can't do this because you are not connected to the internet. Then I click on back arrow and it usually works. But I can't keep having this happen. I am trying to do taxes and this happens nearly every time I click on something.
