my network configuration does not allow incoming connections

UPDATE

I have just gone into network sharing center/manage wireless networks - i clicked on adapter properties and under the sharing tab i have ticked allow other users to connect through this internet conection - i have selected hamachi network and clicked ok.

Now I dont know if this has worked until I can get my friend to try ping me again maybe tonight.

But this seems to be saying allow connections through my connection - I am confused.

Maybe this is all wrong

Any advice is appreciated
