Unless the xbox 360 is connecting to google.com, your TRACERT results are probably meaningless. You need to run the TRACERT to the server that is being accessed by the xbox 360 to get accurate results. The 74.125.48.109 address is in the block of addresses 74.125.0.0 - 74.125.255.255 assigned to Google.
