You have a router on top of a router, which can cause the double NAT. I would suggest making the modem just a modem (no routing capabilities) and use your router normally. If that doesn't work, plug directly into the bridged modem and try again. Make sure you powercycle everything. If that doesn't work then the ISP or your device is the problem.
