Is someone doing a remote restore on my computer?

This is a home network, this network is relatively new, it's been up and running since May, before that we had another home network. When my computer was on the previous network, one of the User Groups in the Local Users and Groups folder was Domain Controller. For the current network there is no Domain Controller group, it says Network Configuration Operators, there is another group called Backup Operators, and another group called Replicators and it says replicators support file replication in a domain.
