Hi...totally new to this so hopefully I can get some answers here. I work at a small wedding chapel and we currently video (with a Samsung hi-def 1080p camcorder) our ceremonies and provide the couple with a dvd of their ceremony.
I want to be able to broadcast the wedding ceremony live over the internet. And also offer the capability to store the video somehow online so that people who miss the live broadcast can view it later.
Am looking for a simple solution and one that I can implement fairly easy. Don't have a real network or an IT guru. I do have wi-fi throughout the building. And I have a Windows 8 computer in a room outside of the chapel. Since I do not want to wire through out the chapel (it is an older building and I do not have any way to hide the wiring), I was thinking of a wireless solution. Have searched the web and found ustream and livestream which would work but still need a wireless webcam solution. I think that Logitech's broadcaster wi-fi webcam would be great but it is only for MAC, and again...I have a windows pc. Any suggestions for a simple-to-implement and maintain solution...again..I am not a complete computer illiterate but certainly not familiar with this topic at all.
