Hi I have been experiencing ridiculously high ping for the last 2 days and I don't know how to fix it. I am on windows 7 ultimate x64. I am wired. constant ping of about 400 with a packet loss of 16.47% I am on bt internet promised 8mb, other people in the house are only using stuff like e-mail and youtube. they are not experiencing any problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
