Can U Verse Modem be the problem

Try this in a dos box
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll


I haven't tried that yet because I'm not even sure what it would do and if it would mess up anything else. what are your thoughts on that?
