I don't recall you saying that before. Anyhow, there is no indication of a wireless adapter in Device Manager so the adapter must have come loose or died.

For the symptoms of your ethernet problem--appears as OK in Device Manager and Network Connections but not in ipconfig--I think that there was one case where uninstalling a firewall or security suite fixed the problem; I have not seen any other fix short of a Windows reinstall (or "recover or restore to factory defaults").
