It's Cable. Buckeye Cable System to be precise. My advertised speed is 33mbps and Speedtest usually rings me up right around there.
I'd speculate that speedtest always does well because it's not a very big download. And generally speaking it doesn't last that long.
I don't think it's my modem though, because my ISP has already had me replace it and the results didn't change.
