I have plugged my Ethernet cable into the corresponding spots on my laptop, and my modem/router and I can move around on the internet. But when I try to click on steam, it says I'm not connected to the internet. From there I clicked diagnose on the ethernet connection and it said that the connection between access point router, or cable modem and internet is broken. I've tried resetting my modem, and the problem still continues. My laptop runs Windows 7.
