If all adapters/ports are at least 100 Mbps I'd expect you to get a copy speed of up to about 67 Mbps, depending on what else the computer is doing and the disk read/write speeds.
If I calculated properly 10 GB in half an hour is 45 Mbps, which is not great but I think it is in the acceptable range.
Are you sure that "speed is peaking at about 11Mb/s" is not really 11 MB/s = 88 Mbps?
