Solved: Frustrating Wi-Fi Issue

I feel almost embarrassed to post this, but I recently installed Windows 10 and it must have automatically restarted OneDrive. Apparently it was uploading 300GB to the cloud in the background and killing my bandwidth.

Talk about dumb! I should be allowed to use a computer! :)
