Have internet access on laptop but not PC

The wireless card MAC address is set to the following values. Try going to device manager and right-click the wireless card - Properties - Advanced tab. Look for the values on quote by highlighting Property on left side then use or tick not present (if available) then hit Ok. See if you can connect this time on wifi by removing the wired connection.
