Internet connection issues.
Okay so I'm about to post the cmd thing you asked me to show you, but I'm wondering is there anyway people can access my computer/internet if I show this O_o Sorry for the paranoia.

Point of clarification. I doubt you are running hubs. You're most likely running switches. Who gave you those settings and what are you trying to accomplish? Those settings are to set up a IPSEC tunnel.
