It's been a while since I looked at and worked on various models of 3560s. But it should be a simple drop in of the configs. The only thing is if there might be some syntax or changes in advanced features you might be using from one code base to another. Also, you might have to make adjustments to the interface port definitions such as if you had a 48 port 3560 with the 1 Gig SFP ports and are going to a 3560-X with 10 Gig SFP+ ports.
