remote apn connection

Good day there,

I really need help here.

This is the challenge, we are a meter servicing firm, we carry out automatic meter reading for our clients.

At the moment we have secured an APN connectivity from a telecoms service provider. The leased line given us does not carry internet. Thus the link is strictly for obtaining readings from client's remote meter. THE LINK DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET AT ALL.

A partnert company of ours outside the shores of my country want to connect to the office and do some checks on some of our meters.

How do I give our partner access such that they can connect from their country to our office?
