Hi Terry,
Motherboard
I believe I found the latest chipset driver to my motherboard (which is an EVGA Intel P55 Micro). It is from Nov 2011 (see link): http://www.evga.com/support/download...er=121-LF-E652
The problem is, it is an INF, which is unfortunately beyond my expertise on how to run/install. After downloading the driver file, I ran it like a normal setup program. After agreeing to the terms, it instantly said the software had been installed on my computer. There is an Intel log file generated on the C:\ drive, but this does not appear to be the INFs.
Any thoughts?
Ethernet
I pulled the latest driver to the ethernet adapter on my system. From what I can tell, it installed successfully.
NetGear
I downloaded the latest driver from NetGear's site relating to the N900 wireles adapter. I installed the driver and the message box indicated it had installed successfully. However, after a few minutes, Windows notification center will indicate that the device driver software was not installed successfully. The Wireless Network Connection still remains in "gray" (or in Disabled mode).
Command Prompts
Command 1: Successful/reboot.
Command 2: Successful/reboot.
Command 3: Unsuccessful. I receive this message: "There's no user specified settings to be reset."
Any additional recommendations you have? Thank you!
