Connection issues with different games

(Vista32bit, ethernet, connected to a modem/router combo, wireless devices in the house seem to have no connection issues)

I sometimes have issues with launching different gaming services, more specifically Path of Exile, Hearthstone, Battle.net Desktop Service and Steam. All of the error messages I get when trying to connect to these services tell me that there is a problem with my internet connection. However, I can browse the internet without problems (It may be slower than usual, but not by a big margin). I can stream video content at a fairly high quality.

It appears to have no relationship with amount of internet traffic locally (in my house), since it can occur when I am the only one awake in the house, or globally (it occurs at hours where the traffic on a game is considered fairly low, such as during thursday morning or late night on a wednesday).

This problem has persisted for months, although issues with Steam and Path of Exile tends to be more rare than my issues with hearthstone, where I am having connection issues every day.

I am using an ethernet connection.

I'm going to use puush for my screenshots, I hope you are fine with that. I am going to post the information I have gathered and hope that you can make some sense of it, there could be more than one problem here.

This message sometimes appears, sometimes it says everything is fine.

I have tried to release and renew my ip through cmd, and I've tried to restart the DHCP Service.

Testing my broadband through two different sites:

Could not measure "uploading speed" against port 8080 or 9001:

I have done this swedish broadband test with some wireless devices in my house, and they do not report the problem about not having access to port 8080 and port 9001

Speedtest result shows no problems of that kind:

Firewalls and antiviruses:
I have installed and done searches for viruses multiple times with AVG, found nothing, and uninstalled the program. I have also used "AVG remover" (http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities).
My windows firewall is disabled.

Finally, a screenshot of my router/modem, if it could be of any help:

Any help appreciated, I consider myself adept at finding solutions through google, but this time I have come up short.
