vm accessible and inaccessible alternately.

May I ask your help on my VM issue?

I got my host with two NICs (lets say 192.128.54.20,255.255.255.0,192.128.54.252(gateway),192.128.54.1(DNS) and 192.128.54.21,255.255.255.0,without gateway,192.128.64.1(DNS)).

I installed VMware workstation 10 and I got two VMnet1 (192.168.197.1,255.255.255.0,without (gateway and DNS) and VMnet8(192.168.253.1,255.255.255.0, without (gateway and DNS).

Then I installed server 2008 R2 as guest operating system with the IP 192.128.54.22 ,255.255.255.0,without gateway, and DNS 192.128.54.1.

For VM Network Connection I selected "Bridged(Automatic)".



Then , the problem is when I try to access VM machine lets say (\\sun) from other PCs of physical network , it is accessible and inaccessible alternately . But it can access to others on physical network without any problem. I've been monitoring the whole day .

Could you kindly help me with this ? Your help would be much appreciated as my head's boiling now.
