Hello spazzo246,
When there are many devices connected to the network, the available bandwidth for your gaming is going to diminish. When this happens, your ping is going to increase. What is your normal ping time and what is the time for these spikes?
When the other devices are simply connected but sitting idle (i.e. for the computers when they're just sitting on the desktop), do you still experience the lag in-game?
Lastly, what were the results of the SpeedTest you performed? If it would be easier for you, you could try performing a new one on SpeedTest.net
