Wi-fi is available at the apartment complex where I live. The equipment is a SMC Networks Business IP Gateway and a TP Link Advanced Wireless N Router. Error msgs when I try to connect using my laptop are "cannot connect to this network"; "no internet access". I ran the network troubleshooter and it try's to reset my wireless adapter. I don't think that is working based on the troubleshooting report. I can connect to this network using other devices (my smartphone and tablet). My landlord and neighbors say they can connect with their devices and pc's. The only network is password protected. I also get the msg "identifying...no internet access" in the taskbar.
