do you have any other devices connected - do they have the same issue
when you say BT WiFi - this is your own router and you are connecting to a wireless signal with the name something like
BTHUBxxxx BTHOMEHUB....
or
are you using your BT WiFi facility where you can connect to any BT wifi in the country ?
at what point do you see this error , in the process ?
