Router problem?

1. Are all the lights their proper colors? ie. “Power” and “LAN (1-4)”
LEDs are lit up in green. Double check all RJ11/ADSL and RJ45 connections. I've seen partially engaged connectors not making full contact, broken retaining clips on the RJ's. I know this is basic stuff, after hours of frustration, then you find it's a cord??

2.Consider a reset and/or hard reset to factory default. Instructions are in the manual, most times a factory reset will get it up and working.
