IP Msgr issue

Thank you providing the effective tool.In our company we are using win 7.we installed IP Messenger in all the sys.First day it was working fine.But next day itself it doesn't start automatically.I have changed the default locations o from program file to another drive.
Can anyone suggest me the solution.Thanks in advance.
