Etaf, I appreciate the quick help.
The westell model is
C90-610030-05
Everything is connected together by a yellow chord. The westell to the linksys. But we use the wireless network from the linksys, but only one computer can connect at a time.
A friend set it up 5 years ago or so. I have no contact with him.
So I hooked up another pc to the same routers network, and it connected to it, but receives no internet.

I clicked on network and sharing center on both devices and looked on the connections.
The one that Internet works on say
IPv4 connectivity: Internet access
ipv6 conndctivity: No internet access
While the one that does work says no internet access on both.
Also the name of the network is OMFAMILY and both are connected to it but one says
wi-fi 2 (OMFAMILY) and the other says wi-fi (OMFAMILY)
I don't know why.
Back before I jacked things up, we had OMFAMILY and OMFAMILY guest. But guest never worked and all connected to the first without problems.
Sorry if what I've said so far is not useful... IDK what to say or do T_T
