It would be best to discuss the situation with someone that either knows the router's DHCP range or can log into the router and find out the range. It could very well be that, other than the address of the router itself, the DHCP range could cover the entire sub-net range of the router. In such a case the DHCP range would need to be narrowed or, if the router has the ability, reserve a specific DHCP address based on the MAC of the printer.
