Cant Connect To Anything But Google Based Sites.

My Desktop Didn't Have A Powerful Enough Wireless Lan Card To Connect To My Router So Instead I Was Using An Ethernet Cord To Share The Connection From My Laptop. This Was Working Perfectly Until Recently. My Laptop Still Has A Perfect Internet Connection But Now My Desktop Will Only Load Certain Google Based Sites, (E.g. Google Search, Images And Youtube). I'm Also Still Able To Download Games Through Steam But Not Access Any Of The Pages On Steam. I've Ran Antivirus And Antimalware Software And No Change, I Eventually Got So Annoyed I Ended Up Resetting The Computer To Factory Settings And It's Still Not Working...
