Restrict file sharing to docs only.

I have shared a folder on my computer with Read and Write access to everyone on the network. I want to restrict this folder to accept documents only. No one on the network should be able to write executable files to this folder.

Is it possible to do? Please help.

Is there any 3rd party software available that I could use to "Deny Access" if someone on the network try to paste executable files to my shared folder?
